JelriSoFit has launched a women’s three-piece scrub set aimed at the daily realities faced by healthcare workers who spend most of the week in uniform.

The new set, part of JelriSoFit’s “Free” collection, includes a zip‑front jacket, a V‑neck top and straight‑leg pants that can be mixed and matched. The three‑piece format addresses a shortcoming of traditional two‑piece scrubs, which often lack flexibility for changing tasks or personal layering needs.
According to the brand’s market department, the jacket can be added or removed as the workday demands, allowing wearers to adapt to commuting, indoor environments, and periods of movement. Stretch fabric, a relaxed yet structured fit, and extra room in the shoulders are intended to reduce restriction during routine motions.

“When professionals spend a large part of the working week in uniform, that clothing becomes part of their everyday wardrobe,” said Seven Li of the market department. “The three‑piece set was developed to make medical workwear easier to adapt throughout the day, while maintaining the coordinated and professional appearance expected in healthcare and related settings.”
Targeting a predominantly female workforce
