Today is the last day to buy Engineers India shares to be eligible for the company’s interim dividend of ₹2.50 per equity share. The record date for the dividend is set for tomorrow, September 24.

Engineers India shares were trading 1.60% higher at ₹307.40 ahead of the record date. The stock has surged over 16.4% in the last five days and 20% in the past 30 days.

The company’s Board has recommended a final dividend of ₹2.50 per share for the financial year 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting.

Due to the T+1 settlement cycle, buying the stock on the record date will not make an investor eligible for the payout. The dividend is expected to be credited to eligible shareholders’ bank accounts within 30 days of the record date.

Over the last fiscal year (FY24-25), Engineers India paid a total dividend of ₹4 per share, following a ₹2 per share final dividend for FY25 with a record date of August 29, 2025.
